Prior to joining the WRTAC in 2014, Talley worked three years as Security Systems Coordinator at Occidental Petroleum Corporation. She serves as Vice President-Communications for the Washington, DC chapter of InfraGard, an FBI-led public-private sector partnership dedicated to critical infrastructure protection and information-sharing. Talley received her Master’s Degree in Middle East Studies from the American University in Cairo.
