IT Project Management Office

The IT Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the planning, design, execution, monitoring/controlling and closing of technology projects. The IT PMO is also involved in the process of selecting third-party software vendors. We assess progress and balance demands in order to deliver successful projects. In addition, project managers assigned to projects maintain the overall project schedule; manage communications, resources, project plans, risks, issues and assumptions; perform mitigation activities and manage all stakeholders involved.
