Welcome to the Sewanee Help Desk. We are the technical support team that provides prompt technology services over the phone via email or in person. The Help Desk is your first stop for all technology related problems and questions. We will try to resolve your issue in a timely manner. If your issue can not be resolved at the Help Desk level, it will be escalated to the second or third level. In some cases you may be directed to an appropriate person or department. All calls, emails and walk-ins are documented in our web help desk ticket system. This allows you as the client to receive updated information as your tickets are being resolved. You may check the status at any time by logging in with your Banner information at the WHD page.
