Collaborative Reviews

Refocus of Purpose

The primary purpose of a collaborative review is for the staff member and their direct supervisor to reflect on previous goals and set objectives for the upcoming year. Trainings

Workplace Harassment Prevention

All University of the South employees are required to take training on preventing workplace harassment. Workplace harassment training begins by educating our campus community in discouraging, responding to and preventing types of misconduct prohibited by the University's policy. Before beginning this training, we recommend reading the Non-Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation Policy found on the Provost's website.

The University of the South uses a web-based training developed by United Educators, whose primary focus is working with educational institutions. To access the course, please follow the directions below.

The training course takes approximately 60 minutes to complete. You will be able to move at your own pace and play an active role in the examples and scenarios within the course.
