Green's View Capital

The Babson Center offers support for Sewanee's student investment club, which allows students to actively manage over $1,000,000. In addition, Sewanee students work to designate $2,000,000 for social impact investments as part of GVC.

Tiger Student Ventures

TSV is a Student-Run Business Association (SRBA) member organization aimed at promoting student entrepreneurship and business education. As a platform for multiple student-led businesses on campus, TSV seeks to enrich the Sewanee community and the surrounding area and believes that encouraging the entrepreneurial spirit is key to achieving this goal. One of the TSV's student-run businesses is "The Rolling Tigers" snow cone stand and coffee cart which provides students with real-world practice as entrepreneurs.

The Women in Finance, Business, and Economics Society

The Women in Finance, Business, and Economics Society was founded to support and build connections for women in sectors of the workplace where they are currently underrepresented. Our goal is to create a strong community of Sewanee students and alumni to support and mentor women who want to work in these competitive, male-dominated industries. The Society is open to all members who want to improve financial literacy and knowledge. 

Sewanee Finance Collective

The Finance Collective is a group of alumni, parents, students, faculty, and staff working together to create opportunities for students in finance. Collective members will share expertise and resources to enable students to find success when applying for internships and jobs and will share open positions with fellow members. Students who are committed to investing the time and effort required to build skills and an understanding of the field can apply for the Finance Cohort in the spring semester.

The CRE Collective is a group of alumni, parents, students, faculty, and staff working together to create opportunities for students in commercial real estate. Collective members share expertise and resources to enable students to find success when applying for internships and jobs. Students who are committed to investing the time and effort required to build skills and an understanding of the field can apply for the CRE  Cohort in the spring semester.
