None of us in higher education intentionally sets out to harm others in our roles as instructors, yet we are all capable of harming others. In this case, harm could be defined as an injury to a person, group or community that can result in adverse outcomes, and the injury can be related to race, gender, social class, or other aspects of social identity.

Once aware of such an injury, how do we recover the relationship? This workshop will cover important steps to repairing when we make a mistake.
