The Center for Teaching is looking for one new member for the Advisory Board to serve a five-year term beginning this fall. Those interested should follow the link at the end of this message by 5pm on Friday, April 10.
To ensure the widest possible representation of the college faculty and round out the current composition of the board, preference will be given to faculty in the Sciences or Social Sciences. Preference will also be given to those who have demonstrated an interest in the CFT through their participation in our events and programs.
The CFT Advisory Board typically meets on a monthly basis with additional communication via email when necessary. The CFT Advisory Board performs various important tasks related to the functioning of the CFT including grant allocation, budgetary decisions, and strategic planning. Continuing CFT Advisory Board members are: Kati Curts, Mark Hopwood, Romulus Stefanut, and Chris Van de Ven.
