Academic Impressions webcast
Adam Hawkins recently announced the Brightspace tool NameCoach that allows your students to record how their names are pronounced. This webcast from Academic Impressions goes further to discuss a brief history and negative impact that mispronouncing names has on international students and individuals who are given names that are not common in North America.
The webcast promises to provide easy-to-use tools and strategies that will help you learn and retain the correct pronunciation of names.
