Brightspace Grades and Tests: A Review of the Basics

Do you need to set up your Brightspace gradebook? Do you need to design and deploy a test or quiz? Are you having trouble showing the students their grades after an online exam?
Come join our faculty support staff in Zoom for a review of Brightspace grading basics. In this one-hour session Adam Hawkins will lead us through:
*Initial gradebook configurations
*Exam design and deployment
*Special access considerations to students (and other ways to use the special access tool)
*Grading assignments and exams after they’re turned in
We’ll review the basics for about 30 minutes, and then take general questions for the rest of the hour.

Our faculty support staff will be available in Zoom this Friday, in breakout groups, to cover grading practices, exam design, and feedback types. There is no specific agenda for these workshops, this is unstructured time with a member of our staff to help you with your specific Brightspace questions
Bring your questions and examples to our breakout rooms listed below so we can help you design your exams and gradebook the way that you want!
