Reclassifications & Promotions

Reclassification of a Filled Staff Position

Reclassifications will be reviewed by the Position Management Team four times a year for Jan. 1, April 1, July 1 and Oct. 1 effective dates.

The deadlines for these submissions are Nov. 15, March 1, April 15 and Sept. 1. 

The checklist and job requisition form are within a Google Doc. You may print to complete by hand or make a copy to complete and save as a new Google Doc. Completed forms need to be submitted to Jessica Welch. 

Staff Promotions

Promotions will be reviewed by the Position Management Team twice a year for Jan. 1 and July 1 effective dates.

Term Extensions & Transfers

Term Extensions for Existing Term Positions

Term extensions will be reviewed by the Position Management Team on the 4th Tuesday of the month. The deadline for submissions is the 3rd Tuesday of the month.

The job requisition form is within a Google Doc. You may print to complete by hand or make a copy to complete and save as a new Google Doc. Completed forms need to be submitted to Jessica Welch. 

Transfers for Existing Staff Positions

This process is for transfers of existing filled positions from one division/department to another.  It is not to be used as a request for reclassification. 

The job requisition form is within a Google Doc. You may print to complete by hand or make a copy to complete and save as a new Google Doc. Completed forms need to be submitted to Jessica Welch.
