The University will pay the tuition, as well as the cost of materials and examination fees, for any employee to take instruction in any regular program directed toward high school certification.

The University provides a complete tuition waiver, known as tuition remission, for eligible employees to take courses (for credit or audit) at the College or the Schools of Theology. Tuition remission is also available to spouses and dependent children of eligible employees.
The University participates in both the national and Associated Colleges of the South tuition exchange programs. These programs provide the opportunity for dependent children of eligible University employees to receive tuition scholarships at other participating institutions.
Limited funding is available for eligible employees wishing to pursue undergraduate programs at accredited universities, colleges, junior colleges, technical or vocational schools and who have not yet earned a degree.
Limited funding is available for assisting eligible employees to pursue an advanced degree. If approved, the University may award a forgivable interest free loan to offset the tuition of the program.
The University offers an interest-free loan plan to eligible employees who are enrolled or have dependents enrolled in degree-granting programs at accredited post-secondary educational institutions.
The University offers a grant designed to assist dependents of eligible employees in attending an independent school of their choice for secondary education, excluding home school and online educational programs.
