Dining Options

Quality, Variety, Convenience, and Value

Eating on campus doesn’t mean you have to forgo your favorite international dishes or your healthy eating regimen. There’s something new and nutritious every day. Take a few steps off campus, and there are other iconic cafes and restaurants with crowd favorites. Routine is good in some respects, but at Sewanee, we keep your palate guessing.

Student Dining Experience

Flex Dollars, Special Dietary Needs, and Nutrition

Sewanee provides a compressive meal plan for all students. It consists of all-you-care-to-eat in McClurg Dining Hall and "Flex Dollars" for use on campus and many other establishments in the Sewanee Village. We cater to everything from your special dietary needs to preparing meals when you are sick. Here, you can feel at home.

Sustainable & Environmental Initiatives

Supporting local, eating local

Sewanee Dining believes that locally sourced food supports both a healthy community and a healthy body. Not to mention, fresher food just tastes better! Buying and eating from the surrounding community allows us to make connections, nourish ourselves with seasonal foods, and decrease the amount of pesticides we are consuming. Did we mention there's a farm on campus?
