Management Team

931-598-1890 - Responsible for campus facilities, utilities, and grounds. Manages facilities maintenance, operations, projects, and the campus master plan.

931-598-1171 - Provides management for the business functions for the department including management of the rental housing and motorpool operations.

931-598-1427 - Provides custodial and sets and events services for all campus facilities. Custodial Services is organized into teams that are assigned specific academic, administrative, and residential life facilities. In addition to performing daily custodial services, (cleaning, trash disposal, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting) custodians periodically strip and wax floors, clean furniture and blinds, and deep clean carpets. The sets and events team delivers a myriad of items, sets up for events and meetings, and provides general support for custodial services.

931-598-1849 - Manages special projects and the purchasing, replacement, and maintenance of dormitory and classroom furniture as well as special equipment.

931-598-1453 - Maintains campus grounds and athletic fields. Teams with Domain Manager to maintain campus forest and natural resources.

931-598-1576 - Provides Operations and Maintenance support for heating, air conditioning, and plumbing systems. Responsible for emergency response, preventive maintenance, trouble calls, after hours calls, and in-house/contract projects.

931-598-3387 - Provides Operations and Maintenance support for electrical, carpentry, paint, fire alarms, locksmith, and access control systems. Responsible for emergency response, preventive maintenance, trouble calls, after hours calls, and in-house/contract projects.

931-598-1258 - Provides energy monitoring for the campus.

931-598-1144 - Responsible for implementation of projects from conceptualization through completion.

931-598-1374 - Manages the planning, design, and construction projects for the institution.
