Facilities Management supports the University of the South's commitment to sustainability and strives to be a responsible steward of both the University and environmental resources. Facilities Management (FM) provides project management, long-range campus planning, capital asset planning, architecture, interior design services, and space planning across all campus facilities at Sewanee. FM collaborates closely with the University community, as well as outside architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors in realizing capital projects which support the University's academic vision, mission, and standard. To assist the University with the process of Facilities and Space Modification, the following information is supplied to guide those departments or staff members interested in making changes or alterations to any structure or area owned by Sewanee.
