Hosting Social Events

Use Engage to register a social event. Events need to be registered at least 10 days in advance. Any organization that violates the Undergraduate Student Social Host Policy, Organizational Conduct Process‌, or the Greek Life Risk Management Policy‌ may be subject to disciplinary action.

Report a Concern

All reports will be taken seriously. You may choose to remain anonymous or identify yourself and ask for confidentiality. We greatly appreciate your care, concerns, and insight. Please answer the following questions to the best of your ability. It is always helpful to identify a means (a generic email address or phone number) by which we can continue to communicate with you.

Sober Monitor Training

The Undergraduate Student Social Host Policy requires all event hosts to have trained sober monitors at their events. The Office of Campus Activities provides the training required for students to serve as Sober monitors. Sober Monitor training is valid for two years from the date of completion.
