Will Brookby

Will Brookby, an economics major with a minor in business, completed a semester internship as a corporate strategy analyst for Milliken & Co. in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This summer, he will work with the multifamily capital markets team at Newmark Group in his hometown, Houston, Texas. During previous summers, he built financial models for Imperato-Fazzino Real Estate Group, managed office operations for Motiv Fitness, and worked at Lakeside Country Club. At Sewanee, he serves as the real estate sector leader for Green's View Capital student investment club and is a member of the varsity men's golf team, the Order of the Gown, and the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. His interests include fitness, real estate, college football, and golf.

William Coley

William Coley, a finance major with a minor in business, recently accepted an offer from Charles Schwab as a financial services intern in Austin, Texas for the summer. During the spring semester of his junior year, he completed an internship with Creative Artist Agency (CAA) in Atlanta, Georgia, as a sports licensing and consulting intern. He has also worked for Onward Reserve, Dilworth Bar and Grill, and Autobell Car Wash in his hometown, Charlotte, North Carolina. On campus, William is the president of Green's View Capital student investment club, the recruitment chair of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, and a member of the Order of the Gown and the fly fishing club. He enjoys playing golf and soccer and discussing politics.

Clay Hershey

Clay Hershey, an English major with minors in business and French, completed a spring semester internship with Tigris Water Company as a management consultant in Singapore and Bali. This summer, he will move to New York, New York, working as an account management & business development intern at Walrus Creative Agency. During the summers, he is a sailing instructor with Level 1 and Level 2 US Sailing Instructor certification and NASBLA safe boating certification. Clay has taught aspiring sailors in his hometown, Charleston, South Carolina, and at Turney Sailing Center in New York. He has been a host at LUNCH in Sewanee and a server at Shenanigan's restaurant, Holey City Bagels, and a smoothie bar. On campus, Clay is the treasurer and social media manager of the Sewanee Sailing Club, an Aracadian tour guide, Sewanee Outing Program PRE leader, Flying Tigers FAA student pilot, and a member of the Order of the Gown. He enjoys sailing, running, hiking, and exploring new places, especially on the Domain!

Kourtni Hamilton

Kourtni is from Cincinnati, Ohio, and is pursuing a degree in vocal performance music with a minor in business. During the spring semester of her junior year, she was a full-time digital marketing intern with Dualtone Music Group and SESAC Music Group in Nashville, Tennessee. On campus, she is the president of the Cambiata Acapella group and a member of the Order of the Gown, the Advisory Board of the Performing Arts Series, and the Sewanee Praise University gospel choir. Kourtni has been a student worker in the Dean of Students office and a member of the marketing team for the student newsletter. Kourtni is an accomplished vocalist who enjoys discovering new music, reading, dancing, and solving word puzzles. Her diverse interests reflect her creative spirit and love for challenges. 

Allison Haworth

Allison is from Lumberton, New Jersey, and is a natural resources major with minors in German and business. She recently accepted an offer as a headquarters intern in the sustainability division at Niagara Bottling in Diamond Bar, California. Allison was an economic development intern at Startup Junkie Consulting and Conway Development Corporation in Arkansas during the spring semester of her junior year. Passionate about exploring diverse ecosystems, she has held internships and research fellowships at New Logic Marine Science Camp, the U.S. Forest Service, and the Rocky Mountain Biological Laboratory. At Sewanee, Allison is a Sustainability Fellow with the Office of Environmental Stewardship & Sustainability, an Arcadian tour guide, and a member of Omicron Delta Kappa honors society, the Order of the Gown, varsity cross country team, and Kappa Delta sorority. She studied abroad at the University of Freiburg, Germany, in the environmental studies and sustainability program for a semester. She enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and camping on the Domain as well as karaoke and solving puzzles.

Ally McCasland

Ally McCasland is an economics major with a double minor in rhetoric and business.  She completed a marketing and research internship at Tnemec Company in Kansas City, Missouri, during the spring semester of her junior year and will continue in her role at Tnemec during the summer. At Sewanee, Ally is the president of the Student Government Association (SGA), a Sacristan at All Saints' Chapel, tutor for the Center for Speaking and Listening, and a member of the Order of the Gown, Sewanee Women in Finance, Business, and Economics Society, the Sewanee Wellness Advisory Committee, and Kappa Delta sorority. She completed two summer business programs, studying international political economics at the London School of Economics and European competitive strategy in Barcelona, Spain. Other work experience includes serving at Ozark Mountain Bagel Company and coaching for the Ozark Juniors Volleyball team in her hometown, Bentonville, Arkansas. Ally enjoys Escape rooms, cuisine, art, music, spades, and hiking on the Domain.

Sher Shah Mir

Sher Shah is from Lahore, Pakistan, and is an economics major with minors in computer science and business. He was a strategy intern at BCG BrightHouse in Atlanta, Georgia, during the spring semester of his junior year and will continue in that role this summer. Pursuing his interest in data analytics, Sher worked with the USA for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) as a data scientist fellow at Sewanee DataLab. He studied international economics and business at the University of Cambridge during the spring semester of his sophomore year. At Sewanee, he serves as the Class of 2026 Student Trustee and is a member of the Order of the Gown and the Delta Tau Delta fraternity. Sher Shah works on campus at Tiger Bay Pub and Cup & Gown and enjoys engaging with different cultures and playing soccer in his free time. 

Ben Pollock

Ben Pollock, a finance major from Huntsville, Alabama, combines his studies with minors in math and business. He recently accepted an offer from AllianceBernstein as a portfolio implementation intern in Nashville, Tennessee. Last summer, Ben passed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 exam and applied his finance and investment management skills at Alterna Equity Partners as a spring analyst in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, during the semester of his junior year. Beyond academics, he is co-founder and co-owner of Eagle Power Washing LLC and completed a summer internship with RCP Companies in accounting and finance. On campus, Ben serves as president and captain of Sewanee Rowing Crew and is a member of the Order of the Gown, CRU youth ministry, Green's View Capital student investment club, and the Flying Tigers Flight Program. He is interested in ham radio and Morse code and enjoys riding motorcycles and playing the piano.

Nicole Radford

Nicole is pursuing a degree in economics with a minor in business and is also an Art Fellow. She recently accepted an offer from Hattie B's Hot Chicken as a summer marketing intern in her hometown, Nashville, Tennessee. During the spring semester of her junior year, Nicole completed a marketing and business development internship with Current EV Motors in Austin, Texas. Previously, she was the marketing and public relations intern for the Babson Center, a retail stylist for Kendra Scott, a freelance designer and illustrator for a custom cutlery manufacturer, and an assistant coach for a 12-2 A5 travel volleyball team. At Sewanee, Nicole is the president and co-founder of the Creative Hub, the director of philanthropy for Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, and a member of the varsity volleyball team, the Order of the Gown, and the Women in Finance, Business, and Economics Society. A talented artist and designer, she enjoys music, writing, and outdoor activities.

Jackson Riggs

Jack is from Cocoa, Florida, and is pursuing a major in English with a minor in business. During the spring semester of his junior year, he pursued his interest in corporate law at Troutman Pepper Locke as a practice management intern in Atlanta, Georgia. In previous summers, Jack has worked as a legal assistant for the Loris Law Group and as a judicial intern for Judge Samuel Bookhardt at the 18th Circuit Court of Florida. At Sewanee, Jack is a tenor section leader in the University Choir, works as a tutor in the Writing Center, and serves as president and academic chair of Chi Psi fraternity. His academic achievements include inductions into the Order of the Gown, Sigma Tau Delta English Honors Society, and Eta Sigma Phi Classics Honors Society. In his free time, Jack enjoys hiking, singing, and playing the piano.
