The primary mission of the University Art Gallery is to serve the curriculum across the college. Previous exhibitions have connected with courses in politics, international and global studies, humanities, environmental studies, women’s and gender studies, history, Spanish, English, and art, art history and visual studies. We welcome proposals for exhibitions making connections across the curriculum.
Proposals for exhibitions that might serve that mission are greatly appreciated, and may be sent via email to the Director and Curator of Academic Engagement, Dr. Shelley MacLaren, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a statement of your rationale, a CV, and links to images of your work.
All proposals are appreciated, all are added to a pool for consideration, and all will be reviewed.
Please know that we are scheduling exhibitions one to two exhibition seasons in advance, and it is not possible for us to respond to all proposals.
