Details about tutoring programs for the Advent 2023 semester will be added to this page as they become available. Your professors and the Career Readiness and Student Success coaches can also help connect you with academic support and career readiness resources.

Advent 2024 Tutoring Programs

Accounting

FINA 201 tutoring will be available from 7:00-9:00 pm on the main floor of the library on the following days:

Foreign Languages

Tutoring is available for students studying foreign languages, including Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Greek, Italian, Latin, Russian, and Spanish. Consult your professor and/or visit the Language Resource Center, located on the second floor of Gailor Hall (room 225), for specific details about tutoring options for the language you are studying.

The Language Resource Center is also home to additional resources to support your foreign language study.

Pre-med/pre-health

One-on-one tutoring is available for students pursuing the pre-health curriculum. Details about the tutoring program, including tutoring availability and how to request a tutor, are available on the pre-health programs web page.

The Center for Speaking and Listening, located on the main floor of duPont Library, provides objective peer support to Sewanee students who seek assistance with presentations in any discipline.
