Public events are hosted in the Carlson Listening Room throughout the school year, including student volunteer sessions Monday through Thursday from 3–8 PM. You will find those events on the calendar below. In order to accommodate classes, other visitors are asked to write to ralstonlistening@sewanee.edu to book a visit between the hours of 8 AM and 3 PM, Monday through Friday.
Please note that the Carlson Listening Room is only open on weekends for Metropolitan Opera live broadcasts and the popular open listening session on the Saturday morning of Family Weekend.
All duPont Library patrons are able to access the Crawford Headphone Listening Room during duPont Library operational hours. Please visit the Circulation Desk for more information about the Headphone Listening Room.
