Guest area is on its own floor with bedroom, additional bedroom, living room/office, patio, bathroom, washer, and dryer unit. Guest area is modern, clean, with several tall windows that flood with light. Currently shared kitchen. There is space for you to bring your own furniture, or I can fully furnish the guest floor. Year long, or semester-by-semester or month-by-month rental agreement (flexible start and end date). $1100 per month, utilities included.
2 darling cats live elsewhere in the house, but they are mostly outdoor cats.
