Human Resources (HR) is excited to share that we are launching a new Applicant Tracking System! 

 

Starting September 2021, our jobs.sewanee.edu page will move away from PeopleAdmin and will be redirected to NEOED. All staff and faculty positions will be moved into NEOED. 

 

Within NEOED, you will be able to effectively review applications and onboard your new hires similar to the process within PeopleAdmin. 

 

Built to serve educational institutions, NEOED’s applicant tracking system (Insight) automates the hiring process to reduce time to hire, while maintaining equitable hiring processes. It’s Insight system also includes tools to effectively review applications.

 

NEOED’s Onboard ensures day-one readiness for new employees, expedites productivity, and improves retention. It allows new staff and faculty to complete documentation prior to their first day, share organizational values and mission, and schedule check-ins, all within one system.

 

NEOED has online training modules for the Online Hiring Center that have been invaluable to our implementation. We highly recommend viewing the video: Onboard (Manager's Perspective). We are also including a written version of the manual. It is a step-by-step version of the video training that you can follow and save for future reference. 

 

Our current practices on requesting a job posting will remain the same by completing the appropriate job requisition form and completing the approval process. More information can be found within our Recruiting & Hiring Staff pages.
