The Mississippi Avenue Townhouses opened in 2014; there are four townhouse units. Typically, both Greek and thematic housing exists in the Mississippi Avenue Townhouses.

Layout

Each townhouse unit houses seven to 12 upperclass students in mostly single bedrooms. Each room is unique and varies by unit.

Amenities

Each townhouse unit hosts a first-floor living room and adjoining kitchen. The living room contains a flat-screen cable TV and DVD player, as well as a variety of couches and chairs for seating. The kitchen has a sink, microwave, and refrigerator as well as ample cupboard space for dishes. The Mississippi Avenue Townhouses are air-conditioned. The nearby Social Lodge provides space for programming for townhouse residents, and Stirling's Coffee House is conveniently located nearby.
