Residential Life oversees summer housing for all students and student workers. Summer worker housing is for current Sewanee undergraduates or recent graduates who are working or conducting research on campus during the summer.

Housing Availability

Summer housing is available beginning mid May and ends late July for student workers, students in summer school, or students in the School of Letters. Assignments will be made on a rolling basis beginning in early May.

How to Apply

The summer housing application will be made available in April. Housing will be assigned on a "first come, first served" basis, meaning that as more students register, options will become limited.

Deadline to apply

The deadline to register for summer housing will be 2 business days before the program begins. For summer school students, the application will close on the Tuesday before classes begin. Late submissions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
