The Bairnwick Women’s Center is a student-led movement that seeks to educate and to empower the Sewanee community by promoting social justice, equality, and voice.

Layout

The rooms in Bairnwick are unique, and are arranged differently on a yearly basis to best suit the needs of its residents and the Sewanee community.

Amenities

Bairnwick has a large living room on its first floor, which includes several pieces of comfy furniture, along with cable TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is located on the first floor and provides an oven, microwave, and full-sized refrigerator. Laundry machines are also located in the kitchen. The Bairnwick Women's Center is air-conditioned. Parking is shared with the residents of St. Luke's Hall, Hoffman Hall, and the Spanish House.
