The Office of Residential Life looks forward to welcoming our new and returning residents for the Advent 2024 semester!

To ensure a smooth process for move-in you must arrive and check in with the Office of Residential Life on the specified move-in day. Details to be added, Location, Time, Building.

New Student Move-In
  • All incoming first year and new transfer students are able to move in on Saturday, August 24, from 8:30 -11:30 a.m. Check-in will occur at the Bishop's Common on Georgia Avenue.
  • More specific check-in details will be provided at a later date via email and on this webpage.
  • Students participating in a fall varsity sport, FYP, or PRE and international students will receive specific instructions about move in from their program.

New Students will pick up room keys and their student ID cards at the check-in table. Students can order their Student ID by filling out the form here. 

Returning Student Move-In
  • Returning Students move-in will start on Sunday, August 25 and go through Tuesday, August 27. 
  • More specific check-in details will be provided at a later date via email and on this webpage.

Returning Students will use their ID Card from the previous year. If a student is in need of a new card they can request one here.

Early Arrival Move-In

Only Pre-Approved individuals and programs may move-in early. To request permission to arrive on campus early, you must submit the Move-in Special Request form. More specific check-in details will be provided at a later date via email and on this webpage.
