What does a typical day look like for you? 
As an orthopaedic surgery resident, my day includes seeing patients in clinic, assisting attending surgeons in the operating room, and/or completing basic science/clinic research. On average, I work 12 hours a day.

What advice would you give to someone who would like to go to the field you’re in? 
Mentorship, sponsorship, and tenacity are important. Find people that genuinely want to see you succeed. Become the best version of yourself by seeking to improve daily. Most importantly, run your own race.
