Sewanee has recently added a fully ADA-accessible shuttle bus as a free transit option. The shuttle operates weekdays between 7am and 7pm. The night bus shuttle runs between 9pm and 1am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Twice a week the shuttle provides service to Monteagle with stops at Dollar General, Piggly Wiggly, and CVS.
Who Can Ride
University of the South college students, graduate students, and employees may ride the shuttle. Shuttle service may be requested for campus events. Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions the shuttle is only available to students and employees at this time.
Make It Better
It's hard to get something right the first time. The current shuttle route and schedule is planned to run until Fall Break. Any major changes in route or schedule that have been suggested by you will begin after Fall Break. We'll keep iterating until we get it right for the majority of students.
