How to schedule your event's bar needs:

Whether your event needs just a bartender or full bar service, our Team of expert bartenders and coordinating staff are here to assist. The host needs to simply submit the online request form seven (7) days prior to the event for our Team to review and confirm availability. Then the host of the event will need to inform the chosen, approved caterer that the event will utilize bar services.  This will ensure that they are prepared to provide your event's bar with necessary extra ice, tubs to chill the wine or beer, appropriate glassware, bar fruit, etc.

Service of Alcoholic Beverages at University Events   

The University's policy on Service of Alcoholic Beverages at University events can be found here.             

The sale of liquor and wine in Franklin County is prohibited by law unless the establishment possesses a valid liquor license. Beer may be sold only by permit from the Franklin County Beer Board. Thus, at no University event may alcohol be sold. The University may provide alcoholic beverages free of charge at private events on campus so long as the University purchased the alcohol and beverages are served by its employees. Catering firms and their employees may never serve alcohol and may not provide alcohol as part of the catered menu. Caterers from other counties may be accustomed to serving alcohol in those other counties where the laws are different, but even if they are licensed to sell and serve in other counties, those licenses are not valid in Franklin County.
