From street eats to special occasions, our approved food trucks and caterers make every event a success! 

Sewanee Catering is the preferred food and beverage provider for University events, but you may also choose from our list of approved off-campus partners. The following caterers and food trucks have met all the requirements to become an approved vendor for the University of the South. 

This list is updated regularly, so please confirm with Business Services that your specific caterer’s documentation is current. If your preferred caterer is not listed, they can apply through our 2025 Vendor (Catering and Food Truck) Application. Please allow at least 10 business days for the University to complete the approval process for new vendors once they have submitted the required documentation.
