Our Mission 
Our mission is to provide exceptional service to program directors and participants of conferences hosted by the University, staff-supported programs, and the wider University community. Our team arranges lodging, dining, and meeting spaces and closely monitors those services throughout each program to ensure the best possible experience. 

We provide professional, compassionate support to program directors, helping them achieve their goals and lead successful programs. To accomplish our objectives, we follow several guiding principles: 

  • Employ staff who are kind, service-oriented, and enthusiastic ambassadors for Sewanee.
  • Develop relationships with program directors and campus partners. 
  • Stay vigilant about anticipating needs and problems with close attention to detail.

  • Use all available resources, including industry-tested software and University technology to provide excellent, professional service.
