We welcome approximately 35 programs in 12 weeks this summer, with a total of more than 2,500 guests. Our mission is to provide excellent service beyond expectations for our program directors and guests. Each member of our team is an ambassador for Sewanee. We arrange for campus housing, meal plans, and facility needs and assisting as needed 24/7 while the program is on campus.
We are also responsible for renting designated campus venues for non-University hosted events and providing bar services for University-hosted events. Please visit the links below to learn more about the various services we have to offer.
