Kayleigh Perlotto

DIRECTOR, FITWELL

Kayleigh grew up in Woodstock, Georgia (not the super cool one known for the music festival) and went to Western Carolina University for her undergraduate degree in Recreational Therapy, with dual minors in Leadership and Parks and Recreation Management. Kayleigh is passionate about helping people identify what wellness means to them and achieve their wellness goals. She uses recreational therapy approaches to promote individualized wellness to improve the quality of life for people from diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences. In her free time, Kayleigh enjoys reading adventure novels, plant shopping, traveling, hiking and spending time with her dog, Basil, her cat, Clove, and her snake, Dandelion.
