Emily Ingram serves as the Manager of Operations at FitWell and is a NASM-certified personal trainer. She holds a degree in Exercise Science and has several years of group fitness experience. Emily currently teaches Functional Fitness.

Alena Kochinski is the Director of FitWell and an ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor. With a background in theatre and a black belt in MMA, she brings energy and versatility to her classes. Alena currently teaches The Morning Mix.

Alexis has 10 years of teaching experience and received her 500hr yoga certification from Yoga Landing in Chattanooga, TN. She is trained in multiple modalities of yoga (Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Slow Flow, Prenatal).

Danielle Silfies is a life-long dancer with more than 20 years of experience in a variety of styles of dance including tap, jazz, hip hop, musical theatre, contemporary, ballet, and modern. Her class, Cardio Groove, focuses on cardio fitness and endurance mixed with a healthy dose of fun and sassy dance moves.

Liz Calabria is a senior majoring in Natural Resources and the Environment and is a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-200) through the Kripalu School of Yoga. Liz currently teaches Vinyasa Flow and Gentle Sunday Yoga.
