The Provost's Office is responsible for strategic planning and implementation, day-to-day operations, and the institution's operating budget. The office oversees the College of Arts of Sciences and the School of Theology, the Sewanee Review and the Sewanee Writers' Conference, and the institutional departments of athletics, civic engagement, global citizenship, environmental stewardship and sustainability, student success, institutional and sponsored research, information technology, and the library.
