This three week summer opportunity exposes Med Abroad fellows to medicine on a global scale, encouraging the exploration of the benefits and disadvantages of different healthcare systems while shadowing in pioneering international hospitals.

The Vanderbilt-Sewanee Undergraduate Research Experience (V-SURE) is a two summer, 8-week internship for rising juniors who are pursuing a career in medicine (M.D., D.O., M.D./Ph.D). This internship allows students to gain in-depth research experience and clinical shadowing.
