Welcome to the Pre-Health Alumni Network

At Sewanee, our Pre-Health Program has a rich history of cultivating the next generation of healthcare professionals, and we are incredibly proud of the accomplishments of our alumni. Whether you're a recent graduate or have been out in the field for years, this page is dedicated to YOU—the members of our ever-growing community who continue to make a difference in the world of healthcare.

In 2016 we created a Pre-Health Advisory Board (PHAB) whose role is to aid in our efforts to support current and future Sewanee pre-health students on their journey to become medical professionals.  We meet once a year as part of our Careers in Health and Medicine event and many of our Board members offer ACE (A Career Exploration) medical internship for our students during the summer.  

Our Alumni: Where are they now?

Our Pre-Health alumni are making waves in fields across healthcare, from medicine and nursing to physical therapy, dentistry, pharmacy, public health, and beyond. Our alumni network is a testament to the strength of the program, the dedication of our faculty, and the hard work of our students. Many of our graduates have gone on to prestigious medical schools, residency programs, and healthcare institutions worldwide.
