RESEARCH
Professor Dahlquist works at the intersection of tectonics, climate, and Earth surface processes. His current projects include quantifying rates of thermal stress-driven mechanical weathering over geological timescales, and examining the role of glacial lake outburst floods in controlling long-term erosion patterns across mountain belts.
You can read more about his research program on his personal website.
