• The number of campers is limited to 24 to maintain social distancing in all activities.
  • Campers will be housed in suites in Quintard Dormitory in which their bathroom is shared with only one other camper of the same gender.
  • SUMMA will provide Lysol in each bathroom for sanitizing.
  • SUMMA campers and staff are required to wear masks. All participants are to bring a supply of masks—at least one per day of camp. (Sewanee does not recognize the validity of medical exemption to wearing a face mask.)
  • Hand sanitizer will be provided by SUMMA in rooms we utilize in Hamilton Hall and Quintard Dormitory, and prior to meals and free time activities.
  • All participants (staff and campers) must provide one of the three documents listed below.
    • Electronic copies submitted prior to arrival are preferred, although campers may bring
    • documentation with them on July 20, the day of arrival.
    • (1) a laboratory report timestamped within 72 hours of arrival that indicates a negative COVID- 19 test result. Only polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test results will be accepted. Rapid antigen, antigen and rapid PCR test results will not be accepted; or
    • (2) evidence of being fully vaccinated at least 2 weeks prior to arrival; or
    • (3) evidence of having contracted COVID-19 within 90 days before arrival.
