BIRD is written and performed by guest artist 21-year-old stand-up activist Kylie Vincent, and directed by Barbara Pitts McAdams, one of the creators of The Laramie Project. Only two performances at the Tennessee Williams Center: The performance is 60 minutes long, followed by a talkback. The show has been described as a stand-up/solo show/fever dream. This play is intended for mature audiences, who should be aware that the play addresses sexual violence and survivorship.
