The Office of Human Resources provides support for those who believe they have been discriminated against based on a protected class. Call, email, or visit the Human Resources Office at 1300 University Ave.
How can I file a complaint?
Students and employees of the University of the South may file a complaint of discrimination by submitting a Discrimination, Retaliation, and/or Anti-Harassment Report Form. All Title VI complaints are heard under the Non-Discrimination, Retaliation, and Anti-Harassment Policy. A copy of the policy as well as information on other procedures, can be found HERE.
