Log in using your Banner ID and password. The secure directory is only accessible by faculty and staff of the University of the South.

Main University number: 931.598.1000. Office hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday, except University holidays. After hours, callers will hear an automated menu of options.

For non-emergency assistance, call the Sewanee Police Department: 931.598.1111. Office hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday, except University holidays. After hours, callers will hear an automated menu of options.

Non-emergency requests include parking services or permits, lockouts, transportation requests or questions, etc.

For urgent after-hours facilities-related issues, call the Sewanee Police Department at 931.598.1111 and listen for the appropriate menu option.

Urgent facilities-related issues are classified as electrical, plumbing, heating/air conditioning, or other problems that will damage University property. Other maintenance issues will be evaluated as received to determine whether technicians or other staff members must be dispatched immediately.
