WORKSHOP FOR ATLANTA AREA LAUDATO SI COMMUNITY

CRE will offer an online workshop for creation care leaders of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Atlanta March 13. This introduction to the practice of the contemplation of nature and eco-conversion will provide an overview of the spiritual formation process used in our Living in an Icon program as well as a taste of nature contemplation from the opening lesson.

CRE Co-Sponsors Wendell Berry Event On August 21-22, as part of Sewanee’s “Finding Your Place” program, CRE co-sponsored a series of events centered around poet and farmer Wendell Berry. The events included a panel discussion about Mr. Berry’s work, a conversation between Berry and Duke theologian Norman Wirzba, and a public reading of two of Berry’s short stories.
