Thursday, June 10

8 a.m. Rotary breakfast meeting at the Sewanee Inn. For all alumni Rotarians—join the local club for their regular meeting.

8:30–10 a.m. Information session and campus tour for high school students and families. As a Sewanee alumnus or alumna, you know a great deal about the University, but if you have college-bound children attending reunion with you, plan to attend one of the campus tours and information sessions sponsored by the Office of Admission. 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Office of Financial Aid open hours. Parents of high school students, are you struggling with the acronyms of financial aid as your students plan their college career? The Office of Financial Aid is open to answer your questions. We can explain the aid application process at Sewanee and share our knowledge of the process in general, just in case you are looking at other colleges and universities. Fulford Hall.

Come enjoy some music in this world- class listening facility built in memory of beloved Sewanee professor Father William Ralston, C’51. We’ll be playing some of Father Ralston’s and Charles Harrison’s favorite selections.

3:30 p.m. Carillon tour in historic Shapard Tower. Get a bird’s eye view of the Sewanee campus with this informative tour.

7 p.m. Welcome Back Sunset Class reunion parties.

Saturday, June 12

8 a.m. Fun run for alumni beginning at McGriff Alumni House. Start the day with a 5K to the Cross and back.

8 a.m.–4 p.m. Reunion golf on the Course at Sewanee. Call to schedule a tee time, 931.598.1104.

8:30–10 a.m. Breakfast in McClurg Dining Hall. Be wowed by the current dining offerings in the dining hall. Your nametag serves as your entrance.

9 a.m. Mountain Goat Trail timed park run. Meet at the Mountain Goat Trail entrance in Sewanee at Pearl’s Fine Dining parking lot, 15344 Sewanee Hwy. The event is timed. All you need to do to participate is register at parkrun.us, print your barcode, and show up.

9:30 a.m.–4 p.m. War Memorial Chapel plaque. Stop by the War Memorial Chapel inside All Saints’ Chapel and see the new updated plaques.

10 a.m. Sewanee seminar. Gailor Auditorium.

10 a.m.–noon Open house at the Ralston Listening Library, upstairs, duPont Library. Come enjoy some music in this world-class listening facility built in memory of beloved Sewanee professor Father William Ralston, C’51.

10 a.m.–4 p.m. Trackless train. Catch a ride through campus as the train makes the rounds throughout the day. Take the train to Green’s View to take that selfie or to see the newest sites on campus.

11 a.m. Sewanee seminar. Gailor Auditorium.

noon Carillon concert, Shapard Tower. Watch on a big screen tv below the tower as you enjoy the musical performance.

noon Reunion picnic, McGriff Alumni House lawn. Enjoy a BBQ lunch with live music. It’s the place to be!

1–4 p.m. Class reunion hangouts. In between events and activities, hang out with other classmates to reconnect and reminisce. McGriff Alumni House lawn will be your home base.

1–4 p.m. Jukebox party at McGriff Alumni House. That’s right—we have our own jukebox now! Select your favorite songs.

3–4 p.m. Open house in Breslin Tower by the Sewanee Guild of Change Ringers Tower Captain John Solomon.

4 p.m. Class photos and champagne toast in Guerry Garth. We’ll toast to all things Sewanee and capture the weekend in a group photo of each class.

5 p.m. Parade of classes to the all alumni celebration and reunion convocation. Parade begins in Guerry Garth.

5 p.m. All alumni celebration and reunion convocation in All Saints’ Chapel. Join fellow alumni for the presentation of alumni awards and class reunion gifts and to hear remarks from Vice-Chancellor Brigety. Meet this year’s award winners.

6–9 p.m. Reunion party on the Quad. Find your class for a final class party with live music, food, drink, and fun!

7:30 p.m. Movie at the Sewanee Union Theater.

9 p.m. Reunion fireworks show. Enjoy spectacular fireworks from the most incredible view. Look for the purple and gold fireworks as they are revealed above Shapard Tower of All Saints’ Chapel.

9:30 p.m.–midnight All alumni dance party. Dance the night away at this popular event! Live music. On the Quad.

Sunday, June 13

9:45 a.m. Choir practice for alumni who want to participate in the alumni choir. Meet in the choir room, basement of Carnegie Hall.

11 a.m. Holy Eucharist alumni service at All Saints’ Chapel with an alumni choir. Alumni are invited to participate in the choir.

1:30 p.m. Carillon tour in historic Shapard Tower. Get a bird’s eye view of the Sewanee campus with this informative tour.
