Dean of Students Marichal Gentry on Sept. 7 sent students a reminder of the University’s COVID-19 testing schedule. Students are being tested weekly, with the testing day based on the student’s last name.

Dear Students,

As we move into week five of COVID-19 testing, we write to remind you that it is essential for you to report to the test site on your scheduled test day. The test center is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Remember, your test day is based on the first letter of your LAST NAME:

  • A to C → will test each Monday
  • D to H → will test each Tuesday
  • I to M → will test each Wednesday
  • N to S → will test each Thursday
  • T to Z → will test each Friday

Students who miss their scheduled test will be required to leave campus immediately and quarantine away from campus for two weeks.

If you have any questions, please contact publichealth@sewanee.edu or dstudent@sewanee.edu.

Let’s all do our part to #ProtectTheBubble.

Sincerely,

W. Marichal Gentry
Vice President for Student Life
